transpose data from columns to rows by groups

I would like to transpose data from columns to rows by groups.
Example:

Building Descr Benefit Program 1st SEQ Last SEQ Total
ABU XXXXXX University Concessions NOH 1 1 1
ABU XXXXXXXXU Suite/Club/Cater NOS 1 4 4
AMG1 XXXXXXXX Admin NOH 2 8 7
AMG1 Mgmt XXXXX Admin NOS 5 10 6
AMG2 Club House NOH 9 11 3
AMG2 Mgmt Security & Surveillance NOS 11 12 2

I want to take this and transpose it to:

Building Descr Benefit_Program 1st_SEQ Last_SEQ Total Descr2 Benefit_Program2 1st_SEQ2 Last_SEQ2 Total2
ABU XXXXXX University Concessions NOH 1 1 1 Mgmt XXXXXX Suite/Club/Cater NOS 1 4 4
AMG1 XXXXXX Admin NOH 2 8 7 Mgmt XXXXX Admin NOS 5 10 6
AMG2 Club House NOH 9 11 3 Mgmt Security & Surveillance NOS 11 12 2

Some of the groups Building groups have up to 4 entries so I would continue the column headers above.
