    sales sheet and invoive

    Hi all,

    I am new here and need some help to see if it is possible to duplicate what I am typing on an sales sheet over to an invoice sheet, without having to type everything twice.

    I have also copied a button from a post on here, to print my invoice (macro) once the invoice has been created, but I am would also like a save as PDF button (of the invoice sheet). I can get this to work but my only problem is that I need it to be a different name each time I invoice;

    Eg, 10101 customer 1 work at 123 somewhere.pdf 10102 customer 2 work at 321 somewhere.pdf ect

    It would be fine if I type the invoice number and name in myself but just trying to speed things up when invoicing so that I am not selecting Save As, PDF, Location ect ect...

    Hope someone can help??!!
