Creating Variables for mutiple dynamic files

New here trying to find a fix for an issue I'm having when trying to run a macro using dynamic file names.

I have 2 files that each month their file names will change. I want to copy a worksheet from one file to another file and do some other fomatting with the macro. Since the file names are dynamic I am having trouble creating the proper variables so it will switch between the files that I am asking it to open.
