Dynamic Web Query

All,
I am trying to write a web query to pull data from a site...

http://localhost:3000/reports/form2h...2&EXPORT=excel

The text "FOX%2B2012%2FAutobots%2BCycle%2B2" refers to our project Fox 2012/Autobots Cycle 2
I want to make this generic so that others can use it and enter their project, such as Fox 2012/Marvel Cycle 2
This would then go to the site and pull the data for their project!
