    Form to Post Data

    Hi,

I have no ideas with VGA in Excel.

I am wanting a form that my swimmers can enter a wellness score and this can be transferred on the relevant squad worksheet next to their own name. Obviously the entry would need to be next to any previous entry made.

I have attached the document I am trying to work with.

    PLEASE HELP!

    Ryan

Here you go. I think this should do it.
Just have in mind that if you insert stuff to one sheet before you add to the other sheet click Reset.
Else you should be good I think.
