Create new worksheet, unmerge and enter value, remove rows meeting criteria

Hello All,
I am a newbee to the forum and would like some help creating a macro. I have gathered bits and pieces but what I have at the moment makes excel have a spaz attack and crash:P

I would like to create a macro that copies an entire sheet (SCOR) and pastes the data in a new worksheet, this data is currently in a format that is not very user friendly so I would like to clean it up by 1) unmerging the merged cell and put value in all cells 2) Remove all rows that contain '#Break' in column C.

I'm sorry but I'm don't know very well groups, your file is not easy to manage for me.
check this line Dim rng As Range: Set rng = ActiveSheet.UsedRange
don't use UsedRange, but define a range with a known number of columns, if you test step by step with F8 you can see a scanning through all sheet columns

You have two options, 1) wait for another answer 2) attach a workbook without groups or blocks to help me

I can see columns from A to G, rows from 9 to 37, I'm sure there are more, why do you make it hard work?

you can change the contents, I need to know the structure of the workbook, it's your problem, I'm not curious
