Insert htm page into excel spreadsheet.

Hi,

Is it possible to insert .htm page into excel cell through macro. I have attached a excel file and I am trying to insert a .htm page content on top of the table i.e on A2.

I have attached excel master data and couldn't attached htm file for your reference.

Please help.
