Split Workbook into Multiple Files based on Worksheet Name + Cell Value

Is it possible to export your workbook into seperate files based on each worksheet and name them according to worksheet name? Adobe automatically does this for you. Someone told me I would need a macro to do it.

This will most likely work but any idea how to append an additional cell value on the end of each named worksheet. For instance, I want the worksheets named according to the worksheet plus an additional value located in a common cell such as the text value of C4?
