Need a macro for creating payslip using auto vlookup and inserting and renaming sheet

Hi all

I have created a sample payslip data using vlookups for one emmployee

I request a macro for inserting sheet(It will rename by emmpcode)

The macro has to create 1 sheet for each employee and will create 50 sheets if the no of employess for 50 for the month.

can any one help on this.
