I am trying to generate two xy plots of data from a different sheet. The problem is I can's resize and move them where I want

Have you tried just referring to the chartobject directly?
Or, you could reference Chart 2...Please Login or Register to view this content.
This line returns
Method or data member not found and itPlease Login or Register to view this content.
Also if I reference Chart 2 it returns "Invalid procedure call or argument"
try this if dealing with a chart object

Yep, Andy is right, your extFFT and intFFT are refering to Chart objects, not ChartObject objects, I missed that. ChartObject objects are parents of the Chart object, ChartObject objects have the dimensions/location:
