want to create a workdistribution file

Hi All,

I want to create a work distribution file. I have 13 associte working with me,
and I receive my work on email... which include account num, complain reference number and type of complain for eg fraud, dispute, extra amt charged etc...

I recieve work we 1 acct can repeat many time with different type of complain type
Now I want the work to get distributed amont my associate equally, where simlar acct get allocate to 1 associate on the basis of complain type
For an eg
5 simliar acct, 2 different type...
Now this work will get allocate to to different associate on the basis of. Complain type and the acct num... also we need a randam work allocation where associate name must be shuffled while chnge the complain type...
