Adding Unique "values" to combobox VBA

Hi there Attatched is the spreadsheet i am currently working on.

In a form i have 3 Comboboxes i have manged to write code for inputting the values i want into the first combibox but having problems inputting values into the second and third combo box.

In the "Database" worksheet i am using the values from row "a" for 1st combibox and row "b" for 2nd combibox etc etc.
