How many times the number appear in the whole worksheet

Edit: Can Anyone make a function that wil search the whole worksheet for numbers that are same but in any arrangements. Example, I want to find 1234 among millions of numbers, and I want to use this function to search for the 1234 in any arrangements in the whole worksheet. After the search the answer will be writen in the selected cell.

Please help, this is very important for me.
