vba coding to create chart

i have data in excel file(attached).i want to create a scorecard to rate how student's performed in an exam.i want a vba program so that individual performance of students is developed from the data given in a chart form.the dates where student's dint give the test,there is no marks and it should not show in the chart.
i have thought of using the concept of series and collections for this.but i am confused,kindly help. thank you.
