VBA for Enabe /Disalbe Specific Cell with Condition

Hello Frnds

I wanna A VBA or Formula for my Worksheet with follwing Condition

If Cell Value A5>0 then Cell B5 is Enable for Entry
If Cell Value A5<=0 then Cell B5 is Disalbe for Entry
