    Question Need to auto increment and update PO # and save file as cells H7,J7, and A14

    Hey, the post button works great thank you, but how do I get the save as function to work? so the file is saved as the po # and then vendor name? so the next person that issues a PO will have the next incremental PO # and a blank worksheet to use?

    Sorry I found out the post button does that. This will be used on a shared server environment so how can we get it so the next person that issues a PO will have the next incremental PO # and a blank worksheet to use?

    The "Post" button does this
    the save as function to work
    and this
    the next person that issues a PO will have the next incremental PO #
    It DOES NOT do this
    a blank worksheet to use
    What cells do you wish cleared?

    Are you planning to use Data Validation to pull info into the Form (eg: Vendor Name, Job #, Shipping Terms, Signature Line, etc)?

    You've a lot of unfinished business that's not been defined.

    Your Thread defines this as the issue
    I am in need of VBA code or macros to auto increment and update my PO # and save file as cells H7,J7, and A14
    I believe the code does just that.

    Please define further what you need to happen...perhaps one of us can help.
