    Unhappy Display Generated Barcode Picture

Hi, I'm a totally new to Excel and currently I'm using Excel 2010 to create Search Form with a combo box which allow me to search any value that I want from the list and to display barcode picture that I used barcode generator online to generate. On the Datasheet I have Material and correspondence Generated Barcode Picture side by side in Colum A1 and A2 respectively. What I need is whenever I type Material's Name in combo box and click a button call "get barcode", I should have the barcode picture display somewhere in the Form and I also want to add a button to copy the barcode to paste somewhere e.g to paste onto sticker to create Barcode Label. Thank You For Much For Your Help. May God Bless You. Thanks Again In Advance.

You are welcome. Acctually, I encountered the problems like yours a few weeks ago and I find a good solution on that website. You can download a free trial on it. additionally, the barcodes created by that add-in can display the text under the barcode images. Hope you can get over your problem quickly

    Re: Display Generated Barcode Picture

Hi, Skyi. I have downloaded adn seen the attached files you gave to me. The barcode add-in for Excel provided by keepautomation.com supports to link cell value to barcode images. You can click any specific barcodes web page on the left, like Code 39 for Excel, to read the subtile "How to Link Code 39 to Cell Content in Excel". By the way, I see there are different types of data matierials in your file. I think you need to find suitable barcode types for these materials. Hope I can help you. If you have any more questions, just tell me. I will try my best to help you.

As far as I know, there exists a barcode add-in for EXCEL 2007. But I am not sure whether it works for 2010 version. Maybe you just have a try.

there are many ways to do that. If you wanna save these complicated steps and find a easy way, you can google barcode scanner and you will find many useful tools, or google how to read barcode in c# to get instructive articles. Good luck I think some imaging sdk programmes can enable to quickly scan barcodes. i have use imaging sdkr which can original layouts hyperlinks, Images and tables retained in word ,text, image, Epub, html.but i forgot download the wedsite ,go to google. By the way , pay attention to your system platform, select the suitable one . I use a barcode scanner driver found on the internet . Install it and it becomes a selectable option. Then you can scan barcodes in many formats in any program at all, including Adobe Acrobat . Just open the sdk, select barcode, and choice a form you want, then you can scan barcode in c#, vb, sdp ,etc ,the task will be finished in several seconds. if you haven't found a good choice , you can have a try. best wishes.
