My macro ("UpdateTraining") currently copies the "Newtrainingdates" range, but I don't know how to direct it to the correct cell to paste into.

In the "DynamicMatrix" work sheet, cell "U4" contains the name of the operator, I need this cell matched with the column in row 3 of the "Master Matrix" work sheet. "NewTrainingDates" is then paste into the 5th row of the column with the matching name.
