Transfer selected data to another workbook...Excel 2003

Good evening everyone,
I actually need two things, one is a question and one is help on a vb code:

Question: Is it possible to transfer information when running a VB code to do the following (without opening the other workbook):

If 'yes' is selected from column ? then transfer this information to workbook "location on computer/name of file.xls.

I have the following code but would need to transfer the info to the other workbook

I need to change the "Archives" to "C:\Documents and Settings\"name"\My Documents\Master Template.xls

Is this possible?

The "Master Template.xls" will have only one sheet named "Archives"

Guess this is more complicated than I thought it would be. I've been trying to play around with the record macro but it is not giving me much.

Let me know if someone finds something. I will keep looking too.
