Add decimal numbers till a 1 is reached and place is a certain field

Hi All

Sorry my knowledge in excel is rather basic and I am having an issue with a job I am working on. Basically I had a spreadsheet covering months and in each month I have decimal values being entered. I am trying to figure out the code, whether it would be done through a contif or what, so that excel will evaluate each of these months and when they add too >1, it then places a 1 in a field for 2months prior to the first that was taken to get the whole number. It would then restart the count and repeat in the next month after the last value. If someone is able to make sense of my problem from the description and post an answer, it would be much appreciated.

perhaps if you uploaded a sample, showing your data, what outcome you expect, and notes on how you arrived at that, it would be easier to nderstand?
