Help with Macro/formula - Lookup that returns Dropdown List of matches

Hi Guys,

I have a data sheet that has nodes and paths, and another where i just have nodes, some or the nodes have different paths i need to lookup the nodes and return the most relavant path if there are more than one result values, so i need a macro/function that if there are more than one result create an inline dropdown list with all the matching values just like a data validation dropdown, i;ve given examples in the sheet attached below.

any help will be greatly appreciated or I will have to do this manually
