Extracting particular rows from multiple .lib files

    Dear Forum Members

I am currently trying to research energy potential from wind and solar data. What I have is a folder with 14069 seperate .lib files, which are just 48 rows by 12 columns big. What I want is to take rows 12 and 13 out of each of the 14069 .lib files and place them into another table...

I have tried my hand at a macro to do it, but I have basically no programming skills.

Is there a way to extract those two rows from that many seperate files?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks

    Liam

It doesn't seem like anyone knows the solution to this one?
