Force users to enter data in certain cells before saving

I have a form that is used internally but am finding that frequently people are not filling in cells that are to contain essential information (highlighted yellow on attached. This causes frustration, annoyance and time-wasting all round. I believe this can be resolved using VBA but I have no knowledge of this and am only just starting to look into it. Can anyone help?
