all combination

hallo to everybody.this is my first thread to your forum and i would like you to help me on this.
i need a code in order to get all possible combination of my elements.
i must say that in the example you read there are 3 elements in row 1, 3 in row 2, 3 in row 3 and 2 in row 4.
3x3x3x2=54 columns.
now the elements in each row could be different some other time.
the input zone would be from C9:J23.
give the produced columns in sheet2.
