Help, please: Copy rows to new sheets, then move row to new sheet when complete

Hello,

I know just enough about enough Excel to get me in trouble.

Challenge 1:
It looks like there is a lot of expertise here and I'm hoping you can help me. I would like to COPY a row from the "Master" sheet to the next available row on a corresponding spreadsheet. Column A (Schools) contains a drop down list with a choice of schools (CO, SR, WO, OTHER), and I would like the row to be copied to the next available row on the corresponding spreadsheets (CO, SR, WO, OTHER).

Challenge 2:
Column B (Status) contains a drop down list with a choice (In Process, Completed). When Completed is selected, I would like to MOVE the row to the next available row on the "Completed" sheet.


My apologies ahead of time-----Yes, it's bright, and punches you in the eye but I'm trying to help a friend, and she's very visual.
