Copy and Paste a defined number of times...

I am looking for a way to copy and paste Rows: 1-13(A-D) individually, X number of times defined by column (E).
This then will translate into a work document for lable printing.
Right now I am planing on using Words mail merge function. Does any one know of any better ways to do this?
Hopefully this makes sense.
