I have a sheet which contains data regarding complaints.
Content of sheet:
- Column A to J contains data
- Number of rows is dynamic
- Row 1 is a head line row
- Column G is responsible person ID (unique value)
- Column H is responsible person name
- The rest of the columns contains data like e.g. dates
I would like to create an email for each responsible person (if there are 20 complaints with 5 different responsible persons, I would like to send 5 emails).
Furthermore I would like to send the mails from a secondary mail address (not my default address).
How I would like to build the email:
Subject: (subject text)
From: (secondary@mail.com)
To: (“creator ID”@mail.com) All addresses is identical after @
Body:
Dear (creator name)
You have created the below mentioned complaint(s).
The complaint(s) and more text
Insert row 1 as headline
Insert rows containing complaint of responsible person
Insert rows containing complaint of responsible person
…
This email has been automatically created
