Can how a macro is named cause problems?

Been working on a 21 sheet workbook for awhile. When putting finishing touches on it and changing macros assigned to some option buttons I noticed the macro that had been assigned was preceded by the name of the spreadsheet. When I reassigned the option button to another macro that file name disappeared. (In both cases the macros were noted to be in "This workbook"). While the workbook is being used as we fix issues in it, we will be removing all data entries in 2 weeks and that copy will become our master. Each time the master is used it will be saved with the job number in the name.
Will I have any problems down the road if the name of the macro is preceded by the file name in this workbook?
    Thanks
