URGENTLY need a code to create a Attendance report.

Hi Friends,

I work as an admin and handle labors, I need to send an attendance report every month to my manager.

I have attached an Excel which has two work sheet, the first one "This data is from Admin" is what i get as an email from my manager on first of every month.
The second tab "I should prepare like this" is what I have to give him on second day of the month.
I am finding it very difficult to do it manually.

Can some one please help me in creating a permanant macro ?
