Make spreadsheet associated with UserForm invisible but not other spreadsheets

I'm becoming quite a regular at this website! :o)

Okay, if anyone could solve this for me I would be most grateful! I have been racking my brains and trying many different combinations to do this but so fat to no avail, basically all I want to do is this:

Open spreadsheet with 'Userform1.Show' already initialized and running, and have the associated spreadsheet disappear from the screen and taskbar.

...BUT... Have ALL other instances of Excel or spreadsheets open and visible...

Is this possible? Thanks in advance!

Thanks JP, works brilliantly (I thought I'd tried this already but clearly not!) I'm kinda getting worried about how many beers I owe you now, I'm gonna have to start saving!

    Thanks again!
