Can I script to move data from a worksheet of tables/forms into 1 worksheet with 1 table

I have 100s of survey results on about 20 topics all on 1 worksheet - I want them all in 1 table so I can pivot

each survey starts its own table in the worksheet
6 rows are taken up describing the survey
there is then a blank row
then each users repose comes in a table below that taking 10 rows
there is then a blank row
Then either a new survey starts or the next user response starts

So I know structuraly what to do. but it's 15 years ago since I coded and I sort of get what's required but can't see how to start

I want to fill a single row - such that the first x columns are allways the survey info; then the next y columns are the individual's responses. I don't mind if there are blank columns and it cycles through each cell matrix logically copying blanks.

Any help appreciated - or any quick manual methods
