Sum rows in column B with the same data in column A to columns C & D

Is it possible to sum column B and throw the results to column C if A has the same item e.g. and insert a row and continue.

I'm creating a journal entry that has the format seen in the file attached.

Thanks for the codes you've provided. The work well.
Looking back at my requirements, I only need the summary in E in JieJin's example. I'm going to try to tweek the code (crossing my fingers).
