    Macro to search Workbook and create link to found data

    Hi, firstly thankyou for any help provided.

    I am trying to create a macro that will search the entire workbook and will then populate a given cell with a link back to the where the data is.

    A little background;

    I currently use a "tickmark" (TM) system whereas when I have something within my workbook I want to explain further, I put a tickmark beside it which links to a new tab (tickmarks) for which there is designated space to add further comments. In the Tickmark tab I like to cross reference back to the original link. However I am starting to work with increasingly larger workbooks and it takes time to create a link back for every TM so that the person reviewing can find the data that has extra discussion easily.

    I have tried to create my own macro, however when I use the search option it doesn't seam to record that part of the process. I have created many over macros in the past, but I'm stuck with this one.

    I have attached an excel sheet with a basic explanation of what I'm looking to achieve.

    Thankyou for your time and help.

    Please let me know if you need more information.
