Deleting all rows that don't fit criteria range in a column

I'm trying to delete the rows of a table that have a value in column H that are not equal to the value in A2.

I have this nifty macro that I've used more than once in different ways and love, but currently it just deletes the rows that have the A2 value in column H. I need it to do the opposite. Because of the way it's set up I can't use <> (which I've never been successful at using anyway).

    I'm using excel 2010.
