2 excel files for inventory, have upc's on one, need to add UPCs to master appropriately

Hi,

Ok so I have a master export file from an inFlow inventory system in csv format.
This file has about 7000 lines where each line equals a product in the inventory.

I just received another file that only has 3000 of the 7000 products and they want me to add this data to the products in the master file that has 7000 items.

between each file, column 1 has the same exact product name. So what I would like to do is find a way to have excel take for example the product on line 1, search the master file and then when it finds the match, add column C to column E on the master file.

The gist is to that sometimes my clients give me their own version of the master file but it has pieces of data and they expect me to line it all up with the master.
