Question VBA code to get checked values and put one below another in another column

This is basically a remodeling of a mine post , which I have not found the solution.
But this time I just want to know that:

If someone may be just explain me (please) how to do to get checked values and put one below another in another column (without blank cells), whit VBA code. .. It would be very helpful.
I do not want to use pivot tables or filters. Without macro. Just like in my example if possible.

    Thank you in advance.

PS: I tried to adapt some formulas what I found here, but no chance. Fail.
