    Exclamation Userform

    Hey Guys,

Well, I am fairly new to this but what I'm trying to build is a userform that will allow me to add an automatic id, name, date, Incident (Conduct, Attendance, Policies), Incident Level (Verbal, Written, Final), Date the Incident Expires. I have built something like this before, and I placed a listbox on the top that displays all the entries, but what I want to do is highlight one of them from the list and have it populate the form for editing.

    Thank You,

    david
