Mouse hover labels

Hello

I have an excel sheet with 2 charts (scatterplot and a bubble graph). Was wondering if it could be possible to get labels on the points when I hover over them, so that when I hover over a point, it will show the appropriate name (reaction A/B/C...etc).

I was wondering if this could be done using vba? I actually have looked at some code to do so but have been unable to use it for my own spreadsheet. If anybody who is familiar with using VBA for this kind of stuff could help out, that would be amazing! I have attached a copy of the sheet with this email, thanks alot!
