Insert new rows with copying formulas but having empty cells

I found a code that inserts and copys the formulas but also copies the cell values as well based on an active cell. I'm looking to modify the code so that it will only insert the row with the formulas but leave the new rows clear of data. I'd also like everytime I select the word "Cmpl" from column G to put a strikethrough on all data in that row.Book2.xls

it works perfectly, the only thing i forgot to mention is when a new row is inserted the cell borders don't get applied and the color stays the same as the previous row. Can the cell borders stay and the row color go back to white? thanks so much for your help!

sorry for being a pain.... if i add a new row it copies the formulas down but it doesn't update. what i mean is the highlighted cell in column a has the number 2 in it, it will add a new row with the number 3 in it but if i keep the cell highlighted and add another row it puts the number 3 again instead of keeping column "a" in sequential order like 1,2,3,4,5 ect...
