How to map XSD and XML in Excel 2007 ?

I tried many ways but nothing is working.

    I have attached a excel file. "ONLINE_CST_COM.xls"
    Passwords "1234" and 'cto123'.

I need to prepare a similar XLS file using below XSD(F_FORM_XSD_FILE.xsd.txt) and XML(Sample_F_FORM.xml.txt) files. I have changed the extension to TXT(pls remove and use).

I tried importing the XSD and XML file into Excel. But I don't know how to map it
I'm very new to Excel. I'm using Excel 2007. But the file should work even in lower versions.

I need something similar, like on button click I need the data in the XSL file to be exported to XML.
When I used the Export in the developer tab. I get error "Cannot save or Export XML data, The XML Maps in the workbook are not exportable".

I really don't know how to achieve this

Pls some one give me some step by step guide. So that I can use the same steps to create other similar files.
I have 2 more XSD's map. But I don't have much time. I tried searching on google for more than a week. I found this forum. Hope someone will help me with this.

    Thanks in Advance.
