    Post VBA data entry Useform help

    Dear Sir,

    Please find the attached file . in this excel i have prepared a " userform " for data entry
    I need help that ...

    1 .If i do entry in user form its new sr.no generate automatically.
    2. Data entry in "Date" is not shows as date calender
