In this worksheet: Recuritment Tracking System.xlsm I have tons of Arrays that are making updating one cell take forever.
Is there any way I can achieve the Index/Matching in a more efficient manner? The purpose is that each recruiter (colored sheets) will be updating their workbook and then their data will then populate a list (Jennifer) for the doctor to mark the outcome of their visit.
I'm new to the design of workbooks like this so this might be a really fat way of doing it. Any suggestions??
