Multiple find (and delete) non-continuous rows

Hi. I keep my email database in Excel. I have used an online service to upload and clean my list and it has returned around 30% of old, invalid addresses. Please can anyone tell me how to find these multiple, non-adjacent rows so that I may delete them all? Is there any way I can copy and paste these old addresses to perform a multiple find (and delete)? Many thanks. Matt
