Altering code from previous post to work on new spreadsheet

I posted a request recently regarding the change of cell colors when making a selection from a drop down menu. It was answered and solved by MickG. The title of my post was “Need to change color in target cells of a drop down list”. I needed to do the same to a different spreadsheet so I took the VB Code that MickG sent me and altered it to fit my drop down list in the new spreadsheet. For whatever reason and not being savvy with VBA, I can’t seem to get it to work. I need “HELP”. My drop down menu takes the info from column “V” V3:V23 to the target at column “D” cells D3:D352.

This is the code after I modified it.

    @ fedcco

Please notice that code tags have been added to your post(s). As K m pointed out, the forum rules require them so please keep that in mind and add them yourself whenever showing code in any of your future posts. To see instructions for applying them, click on the Forum Rules button at top of the page and read Rule #3.
    Thanks.
