Copy and pasting multiple files in vba

I am currently trying to produce a code that searches a master folder for drawings and then if it finds some matching certain critirea then copy and paste then into a part number folder. I think I've managed to get them all into a array. I just can't find out anywhere if I can use the filecopy function with this and also with the last line it doesn't like that the strFileName is a variable. Newish to vba so need help understanding please.

now tinkered with code and now copies one file but not all ones with the correct first 11 characters, code is now:
