Hi everyone!

I'm trying to create a bubble chart with several values but I can't make the way that I want.
I would like to make something like this:

X Axis - Quarters of the Year;
Y Axis - Different Areas of my Company(Marketing, etc);

In every quarter, I would like to show the number of projects in the different areas and the size of the bubble would the the effort of all projects in that quarter, for that area.

I want to make the colour of each bubble correspond to the effort and to the number of effort spend on that especific area, for example:

>1000 hours - large red bubble;
<1000 and >500 - medium blue bubble;
<500 and >100 - small orange bubble;
<100 - very small bubble.

If anybody have an ideia how to do a chart like this, please tell me I'll be very appreciated!
