popup window if possible?

Hi there

i dont know if this possible but is there a way in excel 03 to have like a little popup window that ask you a question and fills the answer into a cell? i dont know if this is possible, the reason for this is the office ladys fill out the quotes, but sometimes forget the claim number and quote number and client etc, what would be great is if you open the spreadsheet it then automatically asks for the quote number and client etc, is this possible in anyway?

use inputbox in section "ThisWorkbook"; of course it is one of many ways to do it

inputbox? not sure how to use that, never saw this side of excel lol,

You wrote your question in Excel Programming section; so I consider that You are looking for an answer using VBA.
You should better know what are you looking for and then ask a question ;-P

oky the question, i want a popup window when you click a button that asks questions and fills the answers into the cells i've chosen, i dont know about VBA so is there a noob way i can do it?
