Cell Hyperlink to a Textbox Location - Macro Solution?

Hello, long-time reader, first-time poster.
I want to use a cell as a hyperlink or button to a specific text box in another worksheet in the same workbook.

Example: Sheet1 cell A1 represents a variable with a name "Hstep". The variable Hstep is defined in Sheet2 by a textbox, rectangle, or arrow over a picture that shows the measurement and its location. Imagine a picture of a staircase and an excel arrow measuring the height of one of the steps. Hstep is called-out by a textbox or rectangle w/text ontop of that arrow.

Once again, I want to click on the cell in Sheet1 and have it take me to the specific location where Hstep is defined in Sheet2. I plan to have many different sheets filled with measurement definitions. The first sheet will have a database of values, but the user can click on the cell for the definition.

So far, all I can do is hyperlink to a cell near the variable, but that makes it very time consuming to make any changes and it does not point to a specific definition.

Any suggestions?

I cannot upload the file, but here is an example. The file I would like to create is much much larger with around 500 variables and near 200 graphics with measurement definitions.

For more clarification in the example, Sheet1 B4 is the cell with the text "Hstep". I want to click on this cell and be brought to Sheet2 where Hstep is called-out in a textbox.

Again, due to the volume of variables and graphics, I really need to be brought directly to the textbox and not a nearby cell.
