Copy the value in to the particular work sheet

Hi!

I am new to this forum and this is my first query.I would like to write a VBA/Macro to copy a particular cell details in the specific work sheet.

I have a work book that contains four work sheets in the name of George,Peter, John and David and i have a summary sheet "Summary" in which i entered in the B1,B2,B3,B4 their names and against their names i have some code name say WW,XX,YY,ZZ.

Now, based on this summary i need a macro to write the code name in their sheet automatically in the cell no D5.

I appreciate your help in this regard.
