Many Users writng to a single file at the same time???

Is it possable and if so how should I go about creating a excel file with a user form that many users use and write to at the same time?

If you literally need to all work on the exact SAME file - use sharepoint (http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/l.../ee649102.aspx). If you're simply providing a template, just set the file to read-only and force the user to save a copy to their computer when saving changes.
